Safety & Telematics.
Active radio room operations, ETIT Egypt smart telemetry integration, structured defensive driver qualification, and oilfield gate clearance protocols.
Operating Safety Controls
Pre-Dispatch Verification
Each movement is subject to a pre-dispatch review covering vehicle condition, driver readiness, cargo specifications, route clearance, and site access requirements before departure is authorized.
Fleet Maintenance Protocol
Vehicles and equipment undergo scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance before any road, yard, or worksite deployment. Mechanical risk is addressed before it enters the operational cycle.
Oil and Gas Site Requirements
Operations in oil and gas environments are planned with attention to hazardous material handling, heavy machinery interaction, restricted zone protocols, and site-specific client safety requirements.
Incident Reporting and Review
All safety events — including near misses — are documented, reviewed, and fed back into operating procedures to reduce recurrence and continuously tighten field execution standards.
ETIT Egypt Fleet Intelligence Integration
ELSHEIKH operates with ETIT Egypt smart transportation technology integrated into its fleet monitoring infrastructure. ETIT provides real-time vehicle location data, route visibility, movement history, and operational awareness tools that support more controlled and accountable transportation execution. The system enables ELSHEIKH to coordinate dispatch decisions, monitor field progress, and maintain operational awareness across active assignments — supporting both internal control requirements and client-side reporting needs where applicable.
24/7 Fleet Monitoring and Radio Room Operations
ELSHEIKH maintains active operational oversight through a dedicated Radio Room that provides continuous communication with drivers and field teams throughout every active movement. Fleet positions, route progress, and operational status are tracked in real time. Any deviation from planned routes, unplanned stops, or communication gaps are flagged and addressed immediately. This is not passive tracking — it is active operational control that ensures every vehicle and crew member is accounted for from dispatch through to delivery or site release.

Corridor-specific speed thresholds with instant radio room telemetry alerts.
Strict tracking along approved inter-governorate transit routes.
Engine telemetry, brake temperatures, tire pressure, and mechanical load hours.
Auditing of sudden braking, excessive idling, and continuous operating hours.
Driver Training and Qualification
All drivers operating under ELSHEIKH assignments complete structured safety training before deployment. Training covers defensive driving techniques, load and cargo handling procedures, site access protocols, emergency response awareness, and the behavioral expectations required in industrial and oilfield environments. Driver performance is subject to ongoing evaluation. Compliance with operating standards, route instructions, and client site rules is monitored and documented throughout the engagement. Drivers who do not meet field expectations are not deployed on active assignments.
